21 Activity Log 🧾

"When did I make this note again? What did I delete last time?" We'll keep a neat chronological record of everything that happens in your vault!

Where do I open it? 🔭

It automatically logs when files in your vault are created / deleted / edited / renamed.
The record piles up in a Vault Log.md file (a Markdown table) inside your vault. Since it's a plain text file, it stays intact even if you take it to another app!
Don't want the logging? You can turn it off. Flip off Settings ▸ Convenience ▸ Vault change log and ObsiKO stops creating and appending to Vault Log.md from then on (it's on by default). Anything already recorded stays put, so turning it back on later just picks up where it left off.

The Activity Log panel reads that table and neatly groups it into a timeline by date.
Each entry gets a color-coded action badge (created, deleted, modified, renamed) so you can tell what happened at a glance.

"That earlier sentence was better..." ever feel that way? ObsiKO quietly takes a snapshot every time you save a note (at least a minute apart for the same file).
Open it from the clock button in the Activity Log panel header (next to Open source file), or from "Version History" in the command palette (⌘P).
A list of past versions of the note you're currently viewing appears, and clicking an entry lets you preview its content at that point. Like what you see? Hit Restore to roll back to that version!
Snapshots are stored on-device (in browser storage). They're separate from the plain-text original — think of them as a safety net for bringing back a sentence you accidentally deleted. 🛟
Up to 80 snapshots are kept per file. Past 80, the oldest ones are quietly dropped — so ancient versions won't stick around forever. (If there's a moment you need to keep for good, save a copy of it at the time!)

It automatically classifies actions regardless of whether they were logged in Korean, English, or Japanese. 🌐
